Learn more about the secrets of a healthy meal plan, the effects of a balanced relation training and enjoy our Mediterranean climate of the Breisgau area. We offer a performance accelerated movement training with an average of 18 therapeutic applications per week.

Health & Vitality - Life Balance
The areas of movement, relaxation and healthy eating offer in a balanced combination an ideal basis for a vital life style. With "Health and Vitality" we offer you the opportunity to take a break and boast up your energy for everyday challenges. Following the motto "People First", the one-week program is tailored to your health and personal well-being. Based on individual performance diagnostics and an average of 14 applications per week, you will participate in a combined motion relaxation and nutrition program to activate the cardiovascular system and musculoskeletal.
